Sure, the actress playing Leia looked way too young to be playing a 10-year-old girl. And you know what? For the most part, that's exactly how it played out. One that appealed not just to newer fans of Star Wars, but all fans. But I also believed the show had the potential to occupy a new middle ground. Moses Ingram created one of the most memorable new characters in recent Star Wars history. Don't they deserve the kind of fan service Disney has been delivering for the last decade? Kids who grew up on the prequels are adults now. Obi-Wan Kenobi felt like a last stand for my own Star Wars fandom.ĭespite disliking almost all of Disney's Star Wars output, I had a feeling Obi-Wan Kenobi had a decent shot at being "good." The stakes of a show focused on such a key character – combined with the potential the show had to bridge the gap between the prequels and the originals – set the scene for a new type of Star Wars nostalgia.

After an incohesive sequel trilogy, some hit-or-miss spinoffs and a handful of mediocre TV shows, I was drained of all enthusiasm for Star Wars. I believed that, for one reason or another, Obi-Wan Kenobi felt like a last hope for Star Wars under Disney.

The stand was colored mostly white with some parts being red but the chains were always grey. The stand had mask that covered his mouth and nose, and it couldn't be removed no matter how hard the user or other stand users tried. The stand is humanoid and resembles some kind of god that has his lower part of his body replaced by a spiral of chains similar of those on the stands arm, but the user can manipulate the stands lower body enough to make it seem it has 2 legs if he wanted to. The chains also depend on it's user's mood for it's length. These chains can break, and the only way they can become restored is by the stand user feeling good again. The chains on his stand have it's durability depend on what the stand user is feeling, for example, if the stand user felt strong, tough, and over all felt good about himself, the chains would be extremely durable, but if he felt sad and weak, the chains would be durable as a tissue. The stand user can also put himself in these cages and reinforce them, depending on his mood.

In these cages, the user can manipulate the inside of the cages, either by closing up the cages, or restrict all breathing in them, protect allies, or simply just slam them unto the ground multiple times. The chains can grab anything, any element like sound, fire, water, grass, and then trap it by making a cage out of the chains wrapped around it's 2 arms. Shackles has 2 chains around it's arms that are made of titanium and other very durable minerals.
